All Lincoln Electric orders over $75 ship free!

All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item, with the exception of engine driven welders which are Non-Returnable/Refundable (this is due to DOT laws and manufacture policies). There are no returns on international orders, we work closely with you to determine you are purchasing the correct products. Any questions will be answered before your order is placed.

Many of our products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return a product that shipped for free, our actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from your return refund. If we are not charged a fee to ship by the manufacture, then we will not deduct from your return.

All returns require a RMA# and specific return instructions will be provided. Please pay close attention to these instructions as they will specify where the return needs to be sent back to. Sending a return to the wrong return address will result in a delayed refund or potentially no refund. All returns must be un-used, un-opened, and in original packaging in a sellable condition. Any order whether it is shipped back without RMA# may be refused. Most returns do not incur a restocking fee, however if it does, the fee will be passed onto the customer and deducted from their return. We will notify you of any restocking fees before an RMA# is assigned. We do our best to avoid these fees from the manufactures and will work with you to avoid them.

Any item(s) returned without an RMA# will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the refusal of the item and freight back to them. Shipping costs for returned merchandise are solely at the customer's expense, except for merchandise shipped in error or damaged.

All leases are subject to the terms agreed upon by the leasing company. WeldingMart.com has no say in the ability or not of returns once the lease paperwork is signed. Please read the paperwork carefully and if you have any questions, we will do our best to address them with you.
