Tool Service used this as a sales tool promising 24
hour repair service. Within a matter of months the reputation
of fast, reliable service spiked the interest of competitive
tool manufactures, such as, Ingersoll-Rand, Milwaukee
Electric, Makita, etc. Offers of authorized service
centers ensued.
Because
of the influx of business Power Tool Service could no
longer give 24 hour service; however, prompt expert
repairs were completed in a parameter that was acceptable
to customers. Depth of inventory and expansion of various
services Power Tool Service has become the largest facility
of its kind in the greater Midwest region.
