For heavy duty applications, use the Mobiflex
400-MS. The Mobiflex 400-MS provides
all the excellent features of the Mobiflex 200-M,
but with automatic filter
cleaning. When the filter becomes dirty, a
pressure sensor activates the cleaning
system. Compressed air from the tank releases
through multiple air-jets to clean
one section of the filter at a time. A complete
cleaning cycle can also be activated
by a manual switch. Dust is knocked off of the
cartridge into a removable drawer.
The Mobiflex 400-MS uses either 10 ft. or 13 ft.,
spring balanced extraction
arms to capture fume. Air is drawn through the
self-cleaning fan blades, through
the aluminum mesh spark arrestor, and then
through the generous, 287 ft 2 filter
cartridge (26m 2 ). This cartridge is larger than
competitive filters, providing
long life and low down-time. ExtraCoat surface
treatment and 3-dimensional pleating
provide enhanced performance and life.
