Returns / Exchanges
Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware
that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs
will still be deducted from your return refund.
Any exchanges will require authorization from WeldingMart.com, damaged or
not and if a replacement product is re-shipped to the customer and the customer
fails to provide weldingmart.com with tracking numbers and proof of delivery,
within 7 days for the exchanged product, the customer gives WeldingMart the
complete authorization to charge their credit card for the full amount of the
non-returned product.
Customer will be responsible for all arrangements in regards to refusing a
shipment including receiving RMA# from WeldingMart.com and NOT from the
manufacturer. Any and all charges incurred due to a refused delivery without
prior authorization, with the exception of a damaged product and without RMA#
from WeldingMart.com will be responsibility of the customer including all
charges including delivery both ways, restocking, refusal fee, and any
manufacturer fees that may occur.
All canceled orders and/or returns are subject to a restocking fee at
WeldingMart.com’s discretion. This fee will be assessed based on what the
manufacturer charges WeldingMart.com for a canceled or returned order. Any
canceled order that does fall into this category will be refunded any charges
for the order minus restocking and/or shipping fees.
